Meet the Doctor

anigian

As a native of the Dallas area, Dr. Anigian has been in practice at Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas since 1991. He is certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, a member of the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American Society of Plastic Surgeons and Texas Board of Plastic Surgery and is also a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Dr. Anigian is dedicated to excellence in patient care, safety and individual attention. He has been featured on local and national television shows, and has been recognized as one of the area’s top doctors by D Magazine for the last six years. Satisfied patients refer others to Dr. Anigian for natural looking results for which he is known.

Dr. Anigian takes particular interest in working with breast cancer patients, performing a muscle-sparing DIEP flap breast reconstruction and other revisional breast work. He is a regular speaker at Gilda’s Club where he informs and advises breast cancer patients on their options of breast reconstruction.

As a devoted Husband and father of three, Dr. Anigian and his family partake in youth mission trips yearly. Throughout his involvement he has traveled to Mexico, Poland, Hungary, Russia, Ecuador, and Chile.

Education

Dr. Anigian graduated with a Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Texas A&M University and received his Medical degree from Southwestern Medical School in Dallas, Texas.  Following his formal education, Dr. Anigian completed a comprehensive five-year residency in general surgery at the University of Louisville School of Medicine, and a two-year program in plastic surgery from Wright State University.
